Welcome to Nose

Nose is the software that runs your riding school — the schedule, the horses, the people, the passes, and the money — in one place, on your phone or your computer. This help centre explains every screen and how to get things done.

Who Nose is for

• Stable owners and admins run the whole yard: the schedule, horses, staff, customers, pricing, and billing.
• Instructors and helpers teach and manage their own rides, riders, and settlements.
• Riders and their families book rides, use their passes, and keep track of their balance.

Each page in these docs is tagged with who it's for, so you can skip what isn't yours.

How these docs are organised

The menu on the left groups pages by what you're trying to do:

• Getting started — create your stable and find your way around.
• Schedule & rides — the heart of the day: planning rides and settling them.
• Horses — your roster, their workload, ownership, and status.
• People — customers, staff, families, and requests.
• Passes & vouchers — selling and redeeming ride credit.
• Money — earnings and settlements.
• Settings — everything you configure once and rarely touch again.
• For riders — the customer-facing side of Nose.
• Account & data — your own profile, exporting your data, and closing your account.

A note on screenshots

The pictures in these docs come from a live demo stable with made-up data, so nothing you see here is a real customer. Your own screens will look the same, filled with your yard's information.
