Create a stable
Set up your own stable in a couple of minutes, then let the onboarding wizard walk you through the first setup steps.
ForAdmins
Nose is organised around stables — every schedule, horse, customer, and euro (or złoty) lives inside one. This page covers where you create one, what you fill in, and the guided setup you're offered the first time you sign in with no stable of your own yet.
Your stables
If you belong to more than one stable, signing in takes you to Your stables — a simple list of every stable you're a member of, with your role next to each one.

- Click any stable in the list to open it.
- If you have a pending invitation waiting in your inbox, it's called out at the top of the page — accept it from the email itself.
- At the bottom of the page, Run your own stable? Create one starts a brand new stable.
If you only belong to a single stable, Nose skips this list entirely and takes you straight there.
Creating a stable
To set up a new stable:
- Open Create a stable (from the link above, or go there directly).
- Fill in the form:

- Stable name — your stable's real name, shown throughout the app (for example "Green Meadows Riding School").
- URL identifier — the short, URL-safe name used in your stable's web address. It's filled in automatically from the name you type, but you can edit it — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. Some words are reserved and can't be used, and it must be unique across all of Nose.
- Default language — Polish, English, or German.
- Currency — the currency you charge your own customers in (PLN, EUR, or CZK).
- Billing country — the country Nose bills your stable from. This sets your payment provider and is separate from the currency you charge your customers.
- Timezone — your stable's timezone, used for the schedule and reports.
- Click Create stable.
You land straight on your new stable's dashboard. Every setting here can be changed later in Settings — nothing is locked in.
The first-run wizard
If you're a brand-new user with no stable and no pending invitation, signing in takes you into a short, full-screen wizard instead of the empty stable list. It asks what brings you to Nose:

- I run a stable walks you through, in order:
- Your name (skipped if it's already on file).
- The same create a stable form described above.
- Add your horses — add a few by name to see your schedule come alive right away; you can add the rest anytime.
- Invite your team — invite instructors by email; they get their own login and see their own schedule and earnings.
- A summary of what you set up, and a button to open your new stable.
- I ride at a stable tells you that riders join through an invitation from their stable, or a join link on the stable's public schedule page, and sends you to your account.
You can click Skip for now at almost any point to leave the wizard and finish later — except once your stable is actually created, which is the point nothing gets lost from. The horses and team steps are optional bonus setup; skipping them is fine.
Good to know
- The wizard only appears once. Once you belong to a stable, or you've been through it, signing in takes you straight to your stable (or the stable list, if you have more than one).
- A pending invitation always takes priority over the wizard — if someone has invited you to their stable, you're sent to accept it instead.
- Any URL identifier that's already taken, or reserved by Nose itself, is rejected with a clear message so you can pick another.
- There's a limit on how many stables you can create in a short period, to stop abuse — if you hit it, wait a bit and try again.
